Role: Project Leader – SAP Migration & Integration

Contract Type: Freelance/Contract

Duration: Until 31/12/2026

Work Regime: 40 hours per week

Work Style: Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage a large-scale SAP migration and integration initiative. The role involves leading the transition from SAP-Babe to SAP-PS, ensuring continuity across impacted tools and dashboards, and defining the migration strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor migration strategy and roadmap
• Coordinate preparatory activities across teams
• Lead workshops to validate migration scenarios
• Conduct impact analysis across multiple domains
• Ensure dashboards remain operational during migration
• Manage dependencies and risks

Requirements:

• Deep experience in digital migration/integration projects
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Experience with SAP and SAP PS
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional English proficiency
